About the Role
The Event & Creative Team helps bring Pink Sappho experiences to life behind the scenes. This role supports the physical and visual execution of each gathering, ensuring every event feels intentional, welcoming, and aligned with the Pink Sappho aesthetic.
Team members assist with setup, decor placement, and maintaining the flow of the environment so guests can fully immerse themselves in the experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating beautiful spaces and contributing to meaningful moments through thoughtful execution.

Assist with event setup and breakdown

Support décor placement and maintain visual consistency throughout the event

Prepare and arrange guest materials, goodie bags, or activity stations

Assist with check-in flow and guest direction as needed

Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere during the event

Collaborate with the Sappho Host to ensure smooth event execution

Pink Sappho is a movement disguised as a social club. We began as intimate gatherings for the sapphic community but evolved into a cultural movement. A Sapphic society that celebrates authentic connection, wellness, and education.
At its heart, Pink Sappho exists to reclaim our narratives and identity. We're on a mission to saturate the media with proper, nuanced representation of the sapphic community, stories told by us, for us. Through events, creative collaborations, and visual storytelling, we're reshaping how the world sees sapphic people, and how sapphic people see themselves.
