Sunday Reset (The Outdoor Edition) 🌸
Our monthly Sunday Reset is taking a scenic twist. As the seasons shift, we’re leaning into gratitude by taking our practice outdoors to connect with the season and each other.
The Journey
We’ll start our afternoon with a group stroll. We’re meeting at The North Pond Restaurant at 1:40 PM. From there, we’ll take a 15-minute scenic group hike to a secluded, private yoga spot right by the water. This way, you're at ease before we even hit the mat.
Yoga
Once we arrive and settle in, we’ll move through a restorative flow by our wellness ambassador, Precious. This practice is designed to honor the season and reset your energy for the week ahead. Expect lake breezes, sound bath by Shakeba, matcha, goodie bags , and intentional movement.
